Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Cake

Two of the best flavors together in one cake! Chocolate and peanut butter :) Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Peanut Butter Cake
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
⅛ cup butter
6 Tbs sugar
1 egg
¾ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
6 Tbs milk
Chocolate Cake
1 cup flour
¼ cup cocoa
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup butter
¾ cup sugar
1 egg plus 2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup buttermilk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚F. For peanut butter cake first cream together peanut butter, butter, and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Mix together all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredient mix to the butter and sugar alternately with the milk. Set aside while you prepare the chocolate cake. For chocolate cake mix together all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Beat together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and mix well, then add the yolks one by one and mix well. Beat in vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk and mix well. In a square pan spoon 5 blobs of chocolate cake batter in all 4 corners and in the middle (use all the batter), in the 4 remaining spots spoon all the peanut butter batter. Using a knife, swirl the batters into each other making a pattern. Be very careful not to stir them together (you want a swirly pattern, not a light brown cake). Bake for 30-35 minutes. Once the cake is done take it out of the oven and let it cool.
