The Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie
This is the perfect recipe for a chewy chocolate chip cookie (just the way I like it). Half shortening is the secret to a good shape, along with the ice cream scoop instead of a spoon. Everybody loves chocolate chip cookies! Enjoy!

French Macarons
These fluffy little cookies are a little tricky to make but delicious. They take a little practice. I chose to make raspberry this time but you can fill them with chocolate ganache, peanut butter, flavored buttercream, or jam. Enjoy!
